- Any damage caused to clothes due to inherent weaknesses, manufacturing defects, or quality issues in the fabric or accessories, including but not limited to zippers, buttons, dyes, beads, sequins, or embellishments.
- Shrinkage, color fading, or bleeding resulting from standard cleaning processes.
- Loss or Damage Due to Processing.
In the rare event that a garment is lost or damaged solely due to processing at our facility:
- DryFi Laundry’s liability will be limited to a maximum amount of 10 times the service charge paid for the garment or ₹500 per garment, whichever is lower.
- This compensation will be provided as a credit or reimbursement at DryFi’s discretion.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to:
- Inform us of any special care instructions or known issues with the garments before processing.
- Avoid submitting items with irreplaceable or sentimental value.
- Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising under this clause shall be resolved amicably, failing which they will be subject to arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation laws.
By availing of DryFi’s services, the customer acknowledges acceptance of this limited liability clause.
